If you route traffic to your store and you get a sale, there was is no fee. You are not not charged a fee if the sale originates from advertising. |

you don't understand me, in another store I can once select four levels of advertising in the "options" menu
Select Google/Bing/Yahoo advertising level
Default (2.9% marketplace cost apply)
Medium (5.9% marketplace cost apply
High (8.9% marketplace cost apply)
Extra High (12.9% marketplace cost apply)
No "Select Google/Bing/Yahoo advertising level" in the new store. (in the account settings, menu options) |

There is nothing wrong with your new store. You don't have the option yet because it is a new store.
When the increased advertising level was announced here: New feature: select Google/Bing/Yahoo advertising level ecrater stated, "The feature is available only for paying merchants with no past due amounts." Later in that topic it was clarified that each store stands alone, so when you open a new store the option isn't available until that store becomes a paying merchant. In other words, after the store has sales, you've been billed, and you've paid the bill then at some point after paying your bill you will have the option to select a higher advertising level. |
