Your store has been temporarily suspended. Here's the information from the eCRATER FAQ's related to suspension:

eCRATER strives to provide safe environment for both buyers and sellers. If we find that your store violates our policies, we may deactivate the account. Please note that suspension does not mean termination. In most cases, unless you are a fraudulent merchant or repeated offender, we will reactivate your account after you fix the issue. |
You need to review the eCRATER rules, fix the problem, and contact eCRATER from the contact link on the home page of ecrater.com so your store can be restored.
The sellers in the community forum can only guess at possible reasons your store was suspended. My best advice is to review all the rules and contact eCRATER. Keep in mind their staff is quite small and this is a weekend so it may take a while before they can answer your email. |
