Hello all
iam new selling in ecrater
but idk why my product can not see in the store
i have tired to add manually product 1800 ++
but now I can not see my product on the front page
my store is :http://berkah1.ecrater.com/
Please tell me what happen with my account

I took a quick look at your store and it is currently suspended. Here's the information from the eCRATER FAQs regarding selling:

eCRATER strives to provide safe environment for both buyers and sellers. If we find that your store violates our policies, we may deactivate the account. Please note that suspension does not mean termination. In most cases, unless you are a fraudulent merchant or repeated offender, we will reactivate your account after you fix the issue.

I took a brief look at your store and noticed one thing, We have no control over your shipment once it has left our hands and are not responsible for lost, damaged or damaged in transit items You are responsible for any item until it makes it to the customer. Would you buy anything from Amazon if they told you it may, or may not, make it to you? Either way they will keep your money. I don't think so. If you don't want to take the loss, you need to buy insurance.
