Yes, they send you an email and it comes from a noreply@ecrater.com so be sure if possible that it comes to your inbox and not to junk where you might not notice it.
However, just because glitches happen in the online world, it is a good habit to check in daily to see with your own eyes what might be going on. If you aren't checking your store fairly frequently and updating things or adding more inventory, after a certain amount of time, you may have a notice posted on your account that you haven't updated, etc. in the last few months which can sound like you aren't using your store and the buyer should go elsewhere. |
