Yea, I've never had a problem with the admin here at all. They are quick to respond. I have had to contact them a couple of times; I was quite surprised.
Ed, I don't know if Tracy is ever gonna see your "thank you" here on the forums. I honestly don't think these forums are monitored. |

She probably did, I usually thank her for help by replying to the email she sends me. And it may take another day or too but she has always responded back with your welcome or no problem. So yes, the staff here are a pleasure to work with. |

Only the eCRATER team can remove feedback. As was stated earlier in this thread, you have to provide information to the eCRATER Team via the contat link on the home page of eCRATER.com. If your buyer sent you an email, include a copy of the email and tell them all the details. Then request the removal of the feedback. You must provide facts why it should be removed and you must contact them via the home page. |
