I just contacted ecrater. Got a first response within 24 hours and the next response took 2 days but was over a weekend.
State your question or comment clearly and professionally. If you are angry about something don't let your anger show in what you write and don't keep repeating the same request. There is a very small staff. |

I will also repeat what Maggie said. They are a very small staff but have been there since the beginning I think as I have never had a response from other than the same 3 people. So things will be much slower on the weekend. Each answer is specific to your problem although I assume they may have templates of some answers. They are great people and most of my questions or comments are responded to within 14 hours. Much better than the canned response from Amazon where they say "I understand your problem is this...." and then go on to tell you something that you weren't even asking about! |
