I've paid the Marketplace Cost for the first month and right after 2 days I got another bill for Marketplace Cost, and the problem is there's no button that allows me to pay it, I just can't pay it, anyone knows what happen?

What happens if you click on the orange SEE? The two fees look like sales. If you click on SEE it will show you what the fees are for. |

it only takes you to the orders section, nothing else |

Looking at the screenshot of your fees, one of them is a credit for $5.10, and the other one is an amount owing of $4.64. That means you don't owe any money. $5.10 has a negative sign in front of it. The math works out to:
$-5.10
+ 4.64
-------
$-0.46
So if you have a negative amount owing, there is nothing to pay. I am only saying this from what I see. The $5.10 says it is an adjustment on the screenshot. Why I don't know. I'm just pulling out my accounting background and applying it. If the screenshot has been altered in some way, then I don't know why it looks like that.
edited to add: I see you said you paid your bill already. Was it $5.10 that you paid? If so, that is why it is showing as a credit on your account. |
