Isn't that illegal? I mean unless you have a contract and pay royalities and such? |

I own a record company and also the masters ( which are the legal rights to the music) to the music I am selling. Yes you do have to pay royalties to all parties that are legally due their monies.
What is illegal is people who download music and don't pay for it.
Everyone loses which is sad. It does cost money to produce music. About $150,000 for a studio produced cd. |

If you own it -- then I believe you have the right to sell it.
So the answer to your question

would be yes. |

Yes i knew I could sell but I was wondering if this program allowed the customers to download mp3's. I just didn't pose the question right. Been a long day. |

dreamhost's "files forever" is a pretty nifty way to store your files forever and sell them. |
