|
|
Hello. I have been trying to load a listing today and it was rejected with the message that the file I am trying to load is too big. I assume that means the picture file so I adjusted it four times and it wouldn't load. Then I tried the listing using a picture that I had already loaded with another listing that went through several days ago and still the message came back that the file was too big.
Advice please....thanks....Franci at justonceonline |

Try just listing the print part of the item. Does that part list? If so then go back and try listing the pics. Can't imagine why your files would be too large. They are quite brief. |

Yes it will post without the picture. When I try to add the picture it won't reload. I cancelled the whole thing and will start over and let you know if it keeps happening.....Franci |

Well, it worked....loaded two new listings and everything was fine....it appears to only happen when trying to load the photograph after the listing has been uploaded without a picture....

If it keeps happening (and you'll find out if you have multiple pics per listing) be sure to report it to eCrater via the Contact link at www.ecrater.com. |

Thanks.....I put up more than 100 items yesterday without a hitch, so whatever it was seems to have disappeared.
I haven't been able to figure out how to add additional pictures...is there a tutorial for that?
Best, Franci |
