Froogle - all items from seller

Hi, this bugs me a lot, so I would like to ask what's behind.
When you do a search with Froogle and you get your item listed as a eCrater item, when clicking on the button "all items from seller" you should expect to see "your items" instead you see a list of all kind of stuff sold in eCrater. In fact eCrater is considered the seller.
(the same happens with eBay, for the record).
That is very disturbing and distracting for a customer who is looking for similar items, instead he/she gets all sort of products and probably leaves the page immediately.
I can see some of the arguments, but has anyone a good point of view on this ?
What are the options with these engines ? Is it where they make the money, by promoting some products in front of others ?

That is how Froggle is site up. The site is ecrater.com so as far as Froogle is concerned ecrater.com is the seller.

It's just the way it is.
