I sold a few items today and yesterday; very exciting!
However, I notice that the items I sold are still available in my store. I sell antique movie memorabilia and 99.99% of my items are one of a kind (well, not one of a kind but I only have one in stock).
So, when an item sells I would want it to be off my store completely; don't want another customer to come along and think that it is still available.
Do I need to end each item as they sell? Gosh, I hope not. thanks. |

That's how it works right now. Although you may have a "1" quantity, it only means that each buyer can purchase only one. I snagged a SOLD image from BigTall a while back and upload that into my item images, defaulting it to show in my searches, until the buyer has received their item. If you delete or hide your item, the buyer will not be able to go back see the listing. |

Yes, fancyflappers is correct. ecrater.com has a max quantity tht can be purchased at once. They DO NOT HAVE an inventory control system.
You can delete or hide the item once sold BUT in my opinion that's bad for business because as a buyer I want to go back and compare the item once I received it. If you hide it or delete it the buyer can not see it. So I use the SOLD image for about 2 weeks, then I hide it or delete it. |

log in
go to products
find the item
click the camera icon on the right of the title
upload the SOLD image that you have on your pc
once it's there, click on default under the SOLD image
that will make it image #1 and be the image that shows next to your title etc. |
