That doesn't say much for eBay does it? Interesting that none of those who plan to leave eBay have alternate plans in play. If only 1% plan to come to ecrater, that leaves hundreds who are either going to quit on-line selling or act by default when they can't stick it any longer. Obviously none of the major players are doing a good job.

Wow, is eBay ever in trouble! I'm glad I saw it coming and got out when I did!

Before we get too excited about the demise of eBay, think about who responded to the survey.
1. People who are angry and looking for a place to vent
2. People who left eBay long ago and have been drowning ever since
3. People who would like another selling option and keep hoping AB will shine a beacon on an otherwise unpublicized option
4. People who love to hear a supposedly unbiased report on yet another eBay flaw.
5. People who hate eBay with such passion they will say anything to make them look bad.
Maybe 5% are still successful eBay sellers with thriving businesses.

Yeah, Maggie's right; eBay's not going anywhere.

Oh, I'm sure it won't actually disappear, but the majority of people I talk to have had bad experiences and won't go back, or they've heard of nightmare stories and are too scared to try it/go back.

My rep ties directly to eBay's if eBay's rep gets too dirty, and I don't need that kind of baggage associated with my store and business.
