how would you know who gave you the feedback you just received?
i received a neutral feedback from a buyer and it reads: so far so good, but l havent received my order yet, so I can not really give a full report. i believe its unfair... she should have left a feedback only when she receives the order.
i reported the case of ecrater and was told to give tracking numbers and the like, but i cannot since i do not know who among those who ordered that product gave me the feedback.

| This is a combination of naive buyer and ecrater/google sending the feedback notices immediately after purchase. It probably left the buyer confused so she left a neutral. Look for the date feedback was left and compare to the dates of the purchase of that item. That might help narrow it down. Eliminate all buyers who have left feedback for that product and date. |

| The title of the item is next to the item - how many of that item have you sold from ecrater.com that you can't look at the orders and find out who it is?? |

| its a good selling item. for the past week, there has been no day that i do not have an order of the said item and sometimes i do get 2. thats why i find it hard to determine who among them gave the feedback. |

| LOL well I'd say if you're getting one or two orders of $160 product per day then who cares about that one feedback. |
