| I need instructions on how to post feedback for buyers, I can't seem to see anything on the order or invoice to do this, thanks, H |

| I don't think there is any option for that. Buyers don't need to register here to make purchases like they do on ebay. |

eCrater's feedback system is wrong on so many levels. First of all, buyers, disgruntled for any reason, can leave obnoxious feedback with impunity. We cannot tell who left the feedback and more importantly, we are unable to respond to the feedback. It is totally unfair to the Seller and in its present state should be abolished altogether.
For the life of me, I cannot understand what purpose this one-way feedback serves and I now join with the other sellers who want it done away with.  |
