For sellers do you put your "Terms and Conditions" in your item listing? Why or Why not?
For buyer would you like to have the "Terms & Conditions" in the listing or as long as it's on on the "terms" page it's okay I'll read it there if I need to know. |

I'd put detailed T/C on the Terms page and a referral to it on the listing page. Why? Because buyers rarely look at the other pages unless they need assurance or something goes wrong after the sale. |

The thing is if a buyer comes to your item from an ecrater search or from a link in google to ecrater.com they won't see your terms page - if they click on terms from there they get ecrater.com terms - not your store terms.
SO it's not a back thing to at least put see terms at and a URL to your terms page.
same with contact info page and all the rest of the text pages. |

I like to have mine in my listing it self.
Not that hard to do, I have my in my notebok and then at the end of my Product Listing, I just copy and paste it in.
I want my customers to see those Terms and Know that they are safe to shop with me.
As a buyer, yes, I want to see those Terms there, and not have to leave one page to go to another page to read the Terms. |
