I apologize for repeating myself. I know I already posted about this issue, but I didn't know I could create a new thread. I'm new to the boards so please forgive me. I'm still learning my way around.

I have two stores on E-crater and All of my listings in both stores have disappeared . Everything was there yesterday, and today, it's as if I never listed anything at all.

HELP!!!!!!!

When I click on the products link all my pictures and titles show up, and all my descriptions are there. When I go to Preview, Both of my store Homepages show up just fine, but all my categories are empty.

I doubt it has anything to do with my computer, or the type of internet access I use, because I asked a friend of mine to check out my stores and she doesn't see anything in my categories either.

Anyone have ANY idea what could be going on?

Jackie, it's most likely some kind of violation or perceived violation (by the crawler).

Use the Contact form at www.ecrater.com to ask about it.

I already did email CS, but so far I have not heard from them. I wish they would get back to me already and let me know whats going on. I'd really like to get things back up and running. If there's one thing I hate more than liver, it's waiting. Smile

Hi. I recommeded eCrater to Jackie, and have tried to help her all day with her dilemna. If there is a violation-is there somewhere to see what it could be? She's not able to list anything new, nor is she able to edit out anything. She had e-mailed early this morning, and has yet to receive a reply. Is there another way to get a quicker response? It sure would be appreciated.

nope, only someone at ecrater.com can know for sure what the problem was.
Sometimes it takes him time to answer 48-72 hours.
Times like this you got to remember, ecrater.com is not a source of income - therefore I am guessing he works for a living.

Read the terms and make sure that you didn't broke any rules.

I just want to thank e-Crater for posting the rules here on the board. It will clear up some of the confusion I'm sure. I still wish there was a way that sellers could be notified when their store deactivates. Maybe something to consider? Very Happy

Yeah i went and checked the terms and it didnt see anything linked to me selling a raffle. I saw that it said you cant sell free stuff so i took that off. Sad

None of the items can be looked at so the only way to guess is by looking at the categories which is how I guessed it was the raffle.

If you can't find any other possible violation then do as BT suggests and contact eCrater. The main idea is that you fix whatever you can figure out before contacting them.

From what I recall about your store - you had some Gucci and other big brands - you might need to prove they are real - I am not sure.

But the Raffle - is not - was not - an item for sale - therefore your broke the terms by listing it the first time. Then you listed it again. So all I can tell you is to contact ecrater.com
