Support for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and international countries has been added to eCRATER's Google Checkout integration.

Quantity column was added to the bulk lister format to allow specifying the qty for each product.

Very glad to see this, especially the Alaska/Hawaii. I don't ship internationally or use the bulk lister but have seen posts about these issues so glad to see them too.

thank you for the update!

Alaska and Hawaii are NOT International destinations. They are the 49th and 50th States of the U.S.

Please do not continue this eBay fostered connection between International (non-U.S.) destinations and the U.S. destinations of Alaska and Hawaii.

Separate topic posts should have been made.

I've never had a problem shipping by USPS to AK or HI (U.S. states) or to PR (U.S. protectorate). These are domestic shipping destinations with domestic USPS rates. UPS however is a different thing. The only problem with the "protectorates" is that USPS tracking data sometimes ends at the continental border. AS (American Samoa) is another protectorate with domestic postal rates.
Most buyers in these outlying states and countries know that shipping takes much longer, especially Alaska. I think they still deliver mail by dog sled there.
