Hi Knotartwa,
I used to be a travel agent and traveled to Russia 4 times. I think that is is beautiful there. I enjoy doing all types of crafts but like to knit and crochet best. I make my own crochet designs but I sell all kinds of patterns.

Thanks a bunch, it is a lot of hard work, especially the picture taking, I have such a small house not much wall space, too much snow outside yet. It is a real challenge to show the quilts in all their Glory. How are you doing sales wise?
I am happy with the views I am getting, have google analytics hooked up, and like yiou say, sales will happen. |

Hi,
I came from eBay (heard about eCrater on one of their message boards). I opened up my store here a couple weeks ago and have almost 70 items listed, I think. I have 300 more that I hope to get up within the next several weeks.
Selling clothes is a hobby for me. My main "jobs" are being a single mom and a full-time college student.
Nice to meet you!

Hi
I recently joined ecrater. I heard about it in the forums on Esty. Still have a shop there. I only have 12 items - silver pendants, earring posted here- but will be adding more soon. |

Hi all
Decided to call it quits on e bay after 10 years.Let me tell you a little bit about myself.Good Vibrations Pet Shirts .has been in business for more than 33 years. since 1975. I'm a welder by trade.Things got slow in the construction business and had to find another way to make a living.Started selling t shirts.Dog breeds. Then developed that business and took it out to fairs.I believe I was the first person to do that back in 1975.That business expanded to include Dogs,Cats,Hedgehogs,Guinea Pigs,Cattle.Horses.
Sheep.Ferrets.Goat.Donkeys.Mules.Llamas and more.Then a nationwide
mail order catalog business.I also do graphics, and make a number of designs myself.Being a welder ,I built the concession trailer for my business.
That also led to another business in the off season. building trailers.Getting older now and don't travel as much.Did Dog shows ,fairs, festivals, car shows
etc.Thought I would give ecrater a whirl.Just trying to get to get the hang of it.Check out my site and let me know what you think.

I read about eCRATER in a CNN.com news article...I have never sold online before (but I'm an expert on online purchasing! LOL.) I was researching Ebay when I learned of eCRATER. I read the forums for about a week, then decided to come here instead! I have only had the store open for 3 weeks or so, and no sales yet...but without this site we wouldnt be selling our crafts until the holiday season anyway, so I'm still optimistic!
I work full-time, so it's slow going here, but I have about 38 items listed, and I have set up a MySpace, and a Squidoo page, and a Yahoo360 page with links to my store.
We've just got to keep reading up on how to self-promote, and research our wares and see if we are being competitive, price wise, and then HOPEFULLY the sales will come!
Good luck to you!!
Chris

I found out about ecrater on the eBay forum boards & have been here about a month.
I LOVE it so far, it's so easy to use, and there are wonderfully helpful people on the boards.
I'm closing out my eBay store after 8 years. I have about 200 items on now, but will be adding another 800 or so.
I LOVE selling jewelry, but also will have a lot of crafting books & supplies, childrens books & home items.
Welcome and Good Luck!!
