If you mean you want to change your store name - that can only be done by the team at ecrater.com.
To change you user info ... just log in and change what you need to. |

I just emailed ecrater to see if the store name I would like is free. Guess I could delete this account and start a new one  |

Since you have done absolutely nothing I would delete this one and start over.
That's the easiest and fastest thing to do.
It can take ecrater.com team days to reply. |

| Actually I have done something, I have had like 4 sales and since I was changing my store I deleted all my inventory and was waiting to hear back from Ecrater. I wanted the feedback from this store but I guess its not so much a big deal. Thanks for your help |
