Is there a more simple way for customers to leave feedback? I just had one of my customers call me.
makes me wonder about the rest that isn't left either. maybe it's complicated??

Don't look at me. I left you one.
There is only one way to leave feedback. |

When the customer pays with PayPal or Google instant payment option, she receives an email from eCrater (noreply) with subject line 'Rate seller...". There is a link in the email. You need to click on it to be able to leave feedback. |

Well, I never heard anyone deleting the email before. You can't leave the feedback without the email. I don't think there is a way to get another email to the customer. |

I couldn't see it. Where does it say how the customer can leave feedback if she deleted the e-mail sent to her before leaving the feedback? |

Quote: | Who can leave feedback?
Qualified buyers - ones that paid instantly using only PayPal or google checkout - receive an email from noreply@ecrater.com with a link at the time the payment was made and again about 20 days later. They must have that link to leave feedback.
KEEP in mind MANY mail systems put all noreply emails in the trash or spam folder - IF they deliver them at all. AOL is known for not delivering such emails.

I did a test AND if customer uses Paypal but gives you a different email on your ecrater order..... the email for feedback will go to the email that is listed on paypal. i did not try google.
The actual feedback form is right in the email ... fill it out & hit the send button in the email. |

Scratch off, the only problem is once the customer deletes that email, it's no way to retrieve it back to leave a feedback.
there has got to be a better way of doing this.
