I was wondering if any of you have the Google Checkout activated. My question is where is the Merchant Key? I can find the merchant account ID but what page is the merchant key on?

Never mind I found it. It's under settings in the financial section.

I tried to set up the google checkout, but the address default also remained USA. I cannot change it to Canada. Can somebody offer advice on that? thanks ! Crying or Very sad

I think it may be US-only for now but I'm not 100% sure about that.

Just curious, are buyers using google checkout here?

I recently removed the Google Checkout from my store as I have not received payouts. I have tried to contact Google concerning this and as of yet I've not heard anything. I don't know if they hold a reserve or something but I had a purchase occur on monday the sixth and still nothing has posted to my account. They are great to put the .93 cents into your account for validation but I don't know why it should take so long to post a charged credit card to your bank account.

Let me know if you've had any experience dealing with google!

It's my understanding that you must accept the order before the money goes into your account. Have you done that?

I checked the status on my account today. The first sale is now set as a payout and listed as being sent to my account. I have to keep checking with my bank to see when it gets posted.

I like the idea of Google checkout, I would just advise people to make sure they have some extra spending limits on a credit card because you do not see your funds right away, unlike paypal. I do appreciate them not charging anything for almost 2 months!!!

I've heard other people say that it's taken days go get the money to them but it doesn't seem to be across the board. (I haven't yet used Google Checkout myself.)
