Hi,
I'm new here I am an ex greedbayer myself please don't hold that againt me. Anyway, I was wondering how the sales are one this site? Inputs plaese. I was selling on another free site but the sales were slim to none. Ebays fees are way to high so I'm not selling on there anymore.

Hi, welcome to eCrater.

Why not put the category where you have your items as a feature category on your homepage. This way it won't look empty. It would also be a good idea to fill up those empty categories soon.

How do I do this? I'm new to this site and it's a lot different than I'm use to. I'm still working on getting all my categories filled. LOL Thanks for your help I appreciate it.

No problem, just edit the category to upload and and assign image a location. You can find how at the FAQ and Solutions section. Just go to Naodi's instruction (at the bottom of this thread):

It's not working. It's only allowing me to list one picture and I have them checked as use a featured? I don't understand why I can't get more than one picture?

You mean the categories? That is probably because you only have one category with items in it.

If you mean the listings, you can add the extra photos after you listed the item by clicking on the image icon (one with the camara) next to the product.

Yes the categories, oh I put separate categories for each listing even if there the same? I know I sound real stupid right now but I'm use to listing on greedbay and it does all that for me. So I'm very confused here. I really do appreciate your help.

No, that's not what I meant. Sorry I just tried something, and realized that is not the cause of the problem.

Try this please.
1.Go to "categories",
2.Click on the edit button (yellow one) next to "clothes" category
3.click on browse, find the image you want, and click on the file
4.click on the one of the rounds below one of the "free"s
5.click on update.

And let's see if the category appears on the first page.

As far as sales....we're still at ebay and sales from eCrater don't come close however each month they are getting better and better.

I tried what you had said and it comes up on my front page but I can only do one? It won't allow me to do more than one and I can't figure out why?

Try puting one item in that category before you make it featured category.

I just tried that for the category and still I can only list one item the only thing I can think is maybe it's because it's all in the same category. I need to get the rest of my stuff listed then try it because they will be in different categories.
