Yes, mooing is good. The rarer the better. Although now there is such a scare as to getting ecoli and other ailments.

I love prime rib and raw beef and onions.
And my most favorite is my home made lasagne which I use finely grated mozzerella, cream cheese, romano cheese, ricotta cheese, and parmesan cheese. Along with a hint of black olives. It is so rich, total comfort food with a huge slice of french bread and thick butter.

Then to top it off, my tunnel of fudge cake. I could go with out eating for three days after this meal. It is so filling.

I am retired from USDA.

Unless the prep & cooking stations are contaminated, it is a slim to none chance of getting eColi from Prime Rib.

Prime Rib is a center cut meat that is not cross contaminated by feces as the processing of beef does not allow for that chance.

So go to great restaraunts and eat it mooing and enjoy! I sure do!

If you do corned beef & cabbage & have potatoes in it...
The next morning do HOMEMADE corned beef hash!!! Just fish out the corned beef & potatoes & put in fry pan witha little oil, chopped onion & salt & pepper to taste. That cabbage flavor on the meat & potatoes gives it that great hash taste!!!! I do the whole batch of leftovers this way, put in freezer bag & freeze for camping breakfast... YUM-O
