WOW, I have had alot of views and that feels very good. Thanks for the poster who thought that the sterling pickle fork was Gorham Colonial pattern. I do believe you are correct and that will be included in the auction description.
As far as my pictures and camera are concerned. I have a pretty nice camera, my pics are clear tight and in focus and my close ups are pretty darn close. It would help if ecrater had the option to super size the photos.
I also agree with the poster who said the economy in the US is in pretty bad shape.
Thanks again everyone. |

Don't want to discourage you BUT
at this moment 231 times this topic has been read figure at least 100 of those lookers took time to look at your items. That's where you hits are from.
USe google analytics and you would know that for sure. |

Don't get discouraged. Hang in there! The success of your Ecrater store is in your hands. Keep up the great work, perhaps like the other members suggest, getting more precise/attractive photos up may help.

Hello teekerseekers!
Your store name is really clever, I like your home page description, and you've got some nice items. When I started, I had a few sales in the first weeks and months, so that was encouraging, but now not much is happening, so I understand how you feel. Keep adding items, get the word out about your store in any way you can, and be patient... that first sale will come, and hopefully many more. Good luck! |

B&T is right. I watch the analytics (on occasion) and the majority of my page views come from Google-which is why most are paid for with google checkout, I'm sure. Probably 40%. Another 35% from referral sites like RSD's and links I've left around the www. The rest are direct. so google does make a major difference-do add the junk they tell you to add to your auctions, even if they seem like a waste of time. |
