NO it's what google requires. Once the order it place google does the rest - including notification of the order processing portion. |

Then it should NOT show up on my ecrater Admin section under the area called ORDERS until it IS considered an order.
Not to mention now that it IS considered an order on GC (which it is showing on my sale that it's approved), SOME notification should be sent to the seller from SOMEONE.
We can argue semantics all day long, not sure how you define "glitch" but that qualifies in my book. I'd guess it does in most sellers' books too.
Glitch or not glitch, and all "cheerleading" aside, those who offer GC on ecrater, do not wait to see if you have orders, make sure you check daily in your Order area in Admin.
Which was the reason I posted this originally...to assist other sellers. |

eleganzajewels - check your google preferences/setting because if others are getting email notification from google - you should too.
I am just trying to explain to you what I have read - on boards and on google - google rules as far as I know are set up this way - so ecrater.com has to follow them.
BUT if others are getting emails of the orders - it might be how you have something selected. Just a thought. |

For the first 2 months I was using Google Checkout, I would recieve an
email letting me know when an order was received or changed. Starting a
few weeks ago, that stopped. Anyone else having this problem, or fixed
it? Thanks so much.

Hi,
I looked into this issue and haven't seen any other reports of status
emails stopping. If you are using the API, I'm willing to bet something
is up with the integration.
I recommend contacting us through the Help Center so that our
specialists can help get to the bottom of this.

Per Joel at GoogleCheckoutPro, it's an API integration issue, not a settings issue |

Has anyone used the Google Checkout Coupons? If so, I would appreciate any feedback you have on using them and if you found them to be difficult. Same with the Paypal coupons.
Thanks! |
