adding products

I have been away for quite a while and must have left my brain in washington. I am trying to finish my store but I must have forgotten how - when I add a product it goes to a long line of pictures but does not go to the category. How do I get the items under the categories?

Are you selecting the appropriate local category during listing?

You can do that either at products going to the category you want first then list; or clicking on add new product at the root and select the correct local category during listing.

To move product pages fro category to category click on edit and change the local category and "update".

If the local category you are listing in is not empty, you'll see the items in there listed after you added the new item.
