I could use a little help here. I have had several orders which customer choose to pay by Paypal but no payment was made. I went through my site and purchased an item just like a customer would but in the end just as I was about to complete my payment a warning came up from paypal about seller requiring encrypted buttons? What is that all about. My buyers cannot pay through PAYPAL from my store? Any suggestions? |

That messages is because of how you have setting set on your pc.
They can pay with PP if you have PP set up as an opinion.
When I get an order that says PP and no instant payment I go to PP and click on request money, then create an invoice and send them a bill. |

If I recall from reading things on here and other forums this is sometimes caused if you have a logo loaded on PayPal to use on invoices, packing slips, and or labels. |

Yeah, if you've got your logo in the PayPal checkout and if you're getting that warning at the PayPal site (and not while you're still at eCrater) then I bet that's it.
Mine does the same thing but I haven't gotten around to removing that logo yet... |
