Glad to help you with that....
Sign in on your store's administrative page.
In the left column, click on "edit texts." (same place you went to when you filled in your "about" info and "terms of service")
Then click on "home" and that will bring up an empty box for you to type your welcome message in. If you aren't sure what to put there, you can look at other seller's stores for inspiration. Some are short and simple, some are really well-done and thorough... it's all up to you.
Then click update and you're done!

| Hello - what they want you to do is fill out the text portion of the "home" page this is done by going to the admin page and look for the text box - hth - Dawn |

Hi welcom to Ecrater I am also new to ecrater, I like it already. I think everyones is refering to the section right after Welcome on your home page. In the admin section where you added your products, there is a link that saids text and you can add info as an intro for your buyers.

I updated the homepage section of my web page! Thank you for telling me where that section was I kept seeing other people with that portion filled out and didnt know how to fill it out until everyone helped me! I greatly appreciate it. Let me know what you think of it!
