|
|
I read through the other postings, but am wondering how long it takes for a response from someone when asking why my items are not showing up.
I had someone wanting to buy a baby girls dress from me, and yes they are my own photos, the dress is used. The buyer asked about it a few days ago, I added the info she wanted and then got an email from her today saying she couldn't buy it because there was nothing in my store.
I did not receive any sort of email from Ecrater stating there was a problem, so I am at a loss ... I sent an email asking if I did something wrong on my end when editing the listing for her ... but haven't had a response.
Thank you in advance for any help

It appears that your store has been suspended.
The only person that knows why is the owner of the site.
All you can do is
#1 read the terms of selling on ecrater.com and make sure that everything is within terms.
#2 correct what is/was against the terms - if anything.
Then contact ecrater.com and wait for them to review it.
I can see on your home page that you sell Gymboree and that is a tademarked name. Gymboree is very protective of the use of their name.
BUT I have no clue if that has anything to do with it or not. |

Your store is definitely suspended but there's not anyone on the forum that can tell you the exact reason why. The owner of eCrater - Demitri - is the only one that can say.
I looked at your categories and from them nothing jumps out at me for any reason for it to be suspended but go into your admin and check your global categories and make sure your items are where they should be. That's the only thing I can think of to look at. |

It is impossible for us to speculate why you were suspended. Sometimes it is because the titles are just word or words that have nothing to do with the items, like "Purple Wave" when the item is a hairbow, or a dress.
Ecrater expects the buyer to be acquainted with the rules of selling before they list. They do not notify you when they are going to suspend you or why. If after going through all the possibilities, you can't figure it out and fix the problem, contact ecrater via the contact button at the bottom of any ecrater page. |
