Hmmm, Don't know where to start to get my store back up and running. I wish they would give you a clue as to what rule you broke!
I don't know if I should shut down my store completely or just start a new store, if thats allowed.

Why don't you check out the terms of service and try to figure it out. http://www.ecrater.com/terms.php

Did you have pre-order items? Maybe you did too much miscategorization. Honestly there is no way for us to figure it out from here. You are the one to know what it might be.

what is considered pre-order? Because all my pieces have to be custom made. Really you don't know what it is, especially if you aren't doing anything out the ordinary. I really just want to know if I can just start over. It took forever for me to add all those pieces to my stock. Maybe with a new store I can make sure I don't do the same thing. thanks anyway

hhhmmm I have no clue - I can't even begin to guess.

Did you perhaps have SOLD items listed?

I am really at a lost here.

yes, fix what is wrong
then use the contact form at www.ecrater.com click on contact
explain you have fixed - removed whatever the items that violated the terms and that you won't do it again Laughing
then you wait patiently to be reinstated.

I saw this on your terms page; 'I will not sell, deliver, or handout your precious email.' Have you had complaints about doing something with addresses that a buyer might have written to Ecrater to complain about?
I have no idea, just wondering why you put that sentence in there.

You may mean that you know a person's email address is precious to them, but it comes across as being a little bit snippy, which leads me to wonder what you did to upset someone. I would certainly get rid of that, as other people may read it the same way I did.
