It would be nice to see how many people show up to look at the site. Is there a way to get a counter for that? Not just for looking at a specific item. |

YOu might get that info using Google Analytics - not sure if it shows enter point or not. |

Yes it does. Entrance, exit, bounce rate, traffic in general, location map, keywords used, etc. |

Where do you put the script for the google Analytics code? It says to do it in front of the <body>. But I am unable to find the hlmt codes. Am I missing something? |

You don't put in the code. It's already in eCrater system. All you need is the UA# from your Analytics account (you can find it in "Edit Account and Data Sharing Settings"). You paste it in the space provided in your eCrater admin page in "Options" and check to enable it and "update". |

No problem.
Remember it takes 24 hours before the first report appears. As long as it is saying receiving data you are OK. |

ok that makes since. I just started and had some other people come look at it last night.
It says
Waiting for Data
Analytics has been successfully installed and data is being gathered now
So is it trying to update? |

It's just collecting the data for a day before it makes a report from it. You get the fresh report once a day. You'll be able to see all the previous info though, don't worry.
Yours appears to be working fine. |
