Hi,
We're "newbies" to eCrater, ex-ebay storeholders, and have been looking through the forum write-ups and thought that you might be interested in what I have done about my eBay feedback scores for eCrater.
I use a website :-
http://www.repatoo.com
which basically "pulls" feedback information onto their site (with access to your feedback comments), so that if you move to another site your feedback is not "lost" from ebay.
As I have no feedback yet (!),being a newbie, I put the website URL for my feedback under my photos of each item that I list, so if somebody wants more information about us regarding feedback, they can go and have a look.
Hope this little idea helps you! |

You might want to reconsider where you place those links. If that is the first thing people read before even reading about the product itself, you'll be sending them away to another site where they may get distracted and not return. If you are going to put links in the descriptions make it the last thing on the page. At least you'll increase the time they spend on the page. |

Yeah, if I can add my $.02 here, when I left eBay and started here, I yammered on about my 1500+ 99.9%+fb and gave my ebay name and the URL link so buyers could go check it out and feel comfy with me. Most likely ACRead clued me in... I have deleted mention of "that site" from here, to make a new start. Why send buyers who are here, away? Thanks ACRead for the heads up back then! |

We lots of very good feedback going to waste on eBay. We agree with a fresh start.
We have noted on our Faq page how long we have selling online. Just to
let buyers know that we have been around awhile with some experience.
Best of sales to you! |

I think many sellers whose main previous experience was with eBay overestimate how many non-auction customers are going to be looking for a seller's feedback.
If customers find your fixed-price store through Google why would they look for feedback? If you're directing customers straight to your standalone store why would they look for feedback? |
