Hello,
I opened my Ecrater store in January. and sold an item in March. I was sick for a while and I'm ready to get back in the action. When I pulled up my store...none of my items are showing on the iternet. They show on my end but when I Google them nothing pops up and It shows that I have nothing in my catogories. HELP!! |

Hi your store is suspended. That's why there are Google Ads in your categories (at your store's home page). Please read eCraters terms to see what you have done that is not allowed. If I were to guess i would say the "Designer Inspired" stuff is the cause.
If you correct the stuff that caused your store to be suspended then contact eCrater through their contact page to get it active again, you might get your store back. |

If you are selling luxury designer items and didn't prove their authenticity that is enough to get you suspended. Saying so doesn't count as authentication. Replicas are not allowed under any circumstances.
Since we can't see your items, we are only guessing. |
