Don't have one but I've eaten at CIA in New York. A friend studied there. If you have a kid into pastry making, I understand how come you are called BigTall.

All I have is a mini food processor. I doub't she'd be interested.

Congratulations by the way. A good pastry chef would always be in demand. Very Happy

I can't even imagine cooking or backing commercially. Those kitchens must be very hot.

I would die for a kitchenaid... but I would also die for a bigger kitchen to keep it in... Laughing

Check Sam's prices.... I always look at theirs & drool.

Do CIA students have to supply their own mixers? I know they have to supply their own utensils. But a KitchenAid mixer would not handle large batches needed for a restaurant or shop.

For sure a CIA certificate opens a lot of doors.

She don't need it for school ... she just wants it for her graduation gift.

Congratulations to her! You must be very proud!

I got mine at Price Club (like a Sam's) many years ago and it's a workhorse. She'll love it.
