i own this store called
http://ezy-solutions.ecrater.com/
problem? my items arn't showing up.
what do i sell?
i sell phones, game console accessories , console modifications.
if you guys did take it off because of console modifications i would like to tell you that you guys are wrong.
Console modification such as chips are 100% legal except that using them for illegal purposes isn't.
For example, Pandora's Battery & Magic memory stick is used to modify Sony's firmware to allow user's to use the PSP to it's full potential. Using pandora & magic memory stick will allow user's to extract there games from there Universal Media Disc[UMD] and turning it into a ISO and putting it on there memory sticks. Doing so will allow user's who own these games to have a majority of there games on the memory stick rather then carrying around 10 UMD's. This is perfectly legal.
or if it is the Nintendo DS cartridges then that is also legal. Why? well using the chips will also allow users to extract there games that they own on to a single memory stick making it more convenient or allowing there DS to play music & movies.
Please review my store suspension, this is ridicilously stupid if my store is being suspended for selling Legal Modifications. If not then please state why?! |

Hi the community page is not the location for this request. As BigTall and Maggie suggested read the terms (but I think you already know what caused the issues for your store). Correct it. Then contact eCrater about it. If you want to explain the situation to eCrater, do it thorough the contact page, cause as Maggie said we can't do anything about it.
I don't know the technicalities of modifying chips, but it is probably like taking a designer dress, cutting it up, patching it up and then selling it under the designer name. If you modify something it is no longer the original. It may be an improvement in your esteem, but the designer of the chip might not agree with it. No matter what, you are cutting into their concept and their bottom line. You cannot use the name of a designer (may it be dress or chip) without their permission. So I am guessing that is why it is not legal. |

Legal or illegal don't matter
The ecrater.com terms say it's not allowed.
3.3 What is not allowed to post?
- Body parts & organs
- Pirated materials and products
- Copyrighted Materials (images & texts)
- Counterfeit Designer Items (replicas or imitation of designer products)
- Fake Documents
- Illegal Goods and Services
- Personal Information about another individual
- Prescription Drugs
- Prostitution
- Currency Exchanges
- The same or very similar content several times (even in different categories)
- Miscategorization
- Meaningless title & description
- Test items unless your store is put on-hold
- Free items and items with prices that are not "real"
- Items that are not for sale
- Pre-order items
- Firearms & ammunition
- Tobacco and cigars for smoking
- Live animals
- Mod chips or mod chips accessories
Live animals are legal too BUT they also are not allowed to be sold here. |

ecrater depends on sellers helping to keep the site clean. If you see items that are against ecrater terms you should report them using the ecrater contact form. There are well over a million items on ecrater. Send the store url and reason you are reporting the item. |

LOL, ezy-solutions is complaining because they did not follow terms and were suspended. They are not attempting to report some other store.
PS - If you see items that are against ecrater terms you should report them using http://www.ecrater.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=9560 so that the category mods can handle it. |
