This is my 1st sale on eCrater, so I am not sure how to proceed. Is there a link I can email to the customer to prompt them to pay?
I appreciate any and all help! |

Please read the following topic on What to Do After a Sale: http://www.ecrater.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=3759
You don't have to prompt for the payment. Check your PayPal account to see if there is a transaction. Remember it takes some time before the transactions may appear in your PayPal account. Might have to do with authorization of charge. Someone else recently had to wait a day before seeing the payment. So give it a little time.
Do you have a merchant account or a personal account (PayPal that is)? If you have a personal account and the customer pays with a credit card you can't accept the payment until you upgrade to a merchant account (premier or business). And it might not appear.
Make sure you check to see the info is realistic. You can check the name and address and phone number and see if they match. Can try the white pages http://www.whitepages.com
See if the IP for the order matches the reagion for the address.

Thank you thank you!
They chose PayPal, but did not complete the payment. |
