It used to copy the attributes but for the last two days I have to redo them each time. Please fix ! Anyone else notice? Thanks.

I'm not sure what you are referring to.
I just copied an item listing with the copy feature. And the attributes got copied as well as everything else. When I clicked on the G button they were there.
I selected the contents inside the attribute table and pasted to another box below it. No problems with that either.
Did you change computer you use, browser you use or any of the settings in your computer?

No, it was working fine before. When I used the copy button it copied everything including the attributes. Yesterday it didn't work and is not working today either, at least for me. Haven't done anything different, same computer, clear cookies and cache every night, can't think of anything different. Thanks.

Right before I responded I checked it and it was working fine.
Are you sure the listing you copied has attributes? In the correct format?
Do you have any listings where the attributes are OK? |

I had a problem with this too the other day.
I would copy a listing...say the attribute was 1989 for year. In the attributes I would change the year to 1990 for example but on my listing it would SHOW the 1989 attribute that I had in the previous listing on the page the customer sees! It was really doing some weird things and finally I just got disgusted and gave up. |

It was working for me all day and evening but a few weeks ago it was switching them. I'd enter product_type xxxxx and department yyyyy and the next time I went to copy the listing it would have reversed the two. It was like that for a couple of days. I don't have any idea how many of them got switched that I didn't notice because I didn't copy from them. |

I added a few items last night and, for me, the Attributes copied properly and they still look as they should. |

Problem solved!!! When you use the copy feature if you replace the description completely it takes out the google attributes too. I have been using copy and paste from another website and replacing the entire description in some listings. If you don't overwrite or delete the google attributes from the description then they copy just fine. Ureeka!!!
