Only buyers that used PayPal to pay instantly can leave feedback.
At the time of payment they receive a link via email to leave feedback.
They receive an email approximately 20 days later with the link again.
That's it. There is no place else they can go if they don't have the link, they can not leave it.
Part of ecrater.com terms state not to sell items you don't have in stock. |

PP does NOT provide the link. ecrater.com provides the link
BUT only on items instantly paid using PayPal.
that's because they have no way to know that a money order was sent nor do they have a way to know if the order process using google buys was confirm and accepted. PP if done instantly - I guess they know. |

Would doing DROP SHIPPING be consider "not in stock" and not allowed on eCrater? |

NO but if the drop shipper is out of stock you should have the item available for sale. I know it's a PITA to keep up but it's froogle.google rules that state you can't upload items that are not currently available.
Hence, no pre-order or pre-sale items. Placing orders on items out of stock are pre-orders for when they are in stock. |

Only if your dropshipper is out of stock would it be considered "out of stock". If they have it available then it's "in stock". I use several drop shippers and it's easy to do a daily check on items. If something is out of stock. I remove it till it is available. No big deal. |
