Hi, I'm a newbie and am in the process of setting up my shop. It's all pretty straightforward and I'm really impressed with it all.

The only problem is that I'm in the UK. I also use a dropshipping company. Their delivery charges are only given in bands on their website and a band letter is given for each item which corresponds to a shipping amount.

How do I get around this problem when using the shipping matrix? Can I give the shipping cost to the USA and UK on each listing and manually send invoices with the correct shipping cost?

I'm a bit stuck for ideas. I doubt whether the dropshipping company will send me a list of all their items with the weights! Confused

If you use fixed shipping that will work for within the US. BUt if you allow international buyers and you used fixed shipping their order/invoice generated automatically from ecrater.com when the order is placed will show ZERO.
To avoid this from happening you must use the shipping matrix.
or
Do not select any international countries and state within the listing that international buyers must email for shipping. ecrater.com won't even allow them to order if you don't have their country selected so you would then have to send them an invoice with the shipping charges.

Since you know the charges, I don't get the question.
BTW, I have no idea what a band is when it comes to shipping charges.
