Did I make a mistake with products on my site.

I am a new sell with ecrater.com and to my understanding of the policies a seller can't sell fake products. All my products are directly from authorized makers.I have letters to prove this. I have just recently added hand bags on the site but with little description.After the handbags were added; is when I could not view my products even though it states that I have products in my category. Can someone help me in figuring out what I have done wrong.
