Your descriptions are excellent and I can't see a thing wrong with your store! Continue to list more items and you can't lose!

My only suggest would be to make sure with Dimitri that you are allowed to have that breadcrumb URL on your home page and all your other text pages.
Use the contact us form at www.ecrater.com
ALSO, it would be nice if once you here back from ecrater.com team you post here and let everyone know if it's ok or not so that they don't find out the hard way with their stores shut down.
On the CONTACT PAGE you have
Quote: | If you have any questions about shipping or want a different angle of an image or just more information about an item, contact us. We will try and get back to you within the hour. Please visit our eBay store: http://stores.ebay.com/Cascade-Coin-and-Collectibles. We are adding new items daily and have things you never knew you needed!! We are eBay Powersellers and try to make all of our customers happy with their purchase. |
BUT you never do tell HOW to contact you! |

Good point about the outside link. Make sure you post the response from eCrater if you contact them. Great store.
Have a great holiday season.

Hi All,
Thanks for the suggestions! I received a reply from support concerning the outside links and other questions:
" Hi,
> I am setting up a new store and have a question about outside URLs. I
> have a URL directing people to my eBay Store (which I will be closing)
> http://stores.ebay.com/Cascade-Coin-and-Collectibles and to
> Breadcrumbs for cash back: http://www.bigcrumbs.com/crumbs/frontpage.jsp?r=DSL1313.
> BigTallMensClothing suggested that this may not be OK with eCrater and

That's fine as far as you do not include URL in your item's descriptions. You can mentioned on your home page if you would like so.
> Last Question: How can shoppers ask a general question about my store
> without going to a specific item and then clicking Ask a Question?
They can only of you include your email address in some of the other sections of your store - about us, terms, contact, etc.
> Can I
> somehow put a link in my text section that they can click on?
No, links are not allowed at eCRATER at this point."
So, it appears that you can have URLs on the Home Page and in the info pages (About, Contact, Terms) but NOT in the individual listing. And NO clickable links anywhere.
Thanks again for the suggestions and compliments!
