Hi, I bought an item from a seller here, the seller still has not charged the payment on Googlecheckout and won't answer emails. I tried calling and the phone is dissconnected. Is there a way for me to cancel the sale? Anyone had this happen? Thanks in advance. |

If your credit card is not charged what is the problem?
If in the future the seller decides to charge and you don't want to buy you can always file a case at Google Checkout for it.
But right now since you haven't officially given the money there is nothing to refund you.
BTW did you check the last update date on the bottom left of the seller's site? Or try to ask a question to see if you got a response before buying? Might want to consider doing those in the future. |

Oops, I misspoke, it actually did go through to my credit card, how can I file a case? It still says pending that's why I thought it hadn't been charged, I wonder why it says "pending" in my purchase history on Google... (No I didn't check out the bottom left of teh seller's site, will do that next time.) |

Open your Google Checkout account and look at Help on the top left. You should be able to find info there how to do this. (I think the "trouble shooting" connection might help you reach it.) |
