Google Attributes Value problem

Okay, I am not that understanding about computers. Just about this google thing. I have read about it, in the help section. Ok we sell primitive furniture. I had thought that under Attributes, I would put various descriptions of what we make, ex: furniture, dresser, cabin or lodge look etc. Under Value, I had thought we should of put what our items are made from. So okay, what goes where. I am so confused and frustrated. I did get some items listed. Thanks for any help. In the value column you put the answer to the name

You need to determine what attributes apply to your products first (you find eCrater's list of attributes. click on the link above to see how to find it). Then you determine the corresponding values. The values can be number, word or phrase (up to 10 of them I think).

For example, you have a blue item. "color" would be the attribute name and "blue" would be the attribute value.

The way you enter them etc is explained in a simple manner in the link I gave you above. More examples are given in one of the links in that post.
