| there is an RS feed -- but it's only 20 or so items. |

| Its more like an excel feed that i have gotten from another website and I really do not want to manually enter each item if i can avoid it |

| There is a bulk uploader, I've never used it so I don't know if your file is compatible. |

the bulk lister is an UPLOAD
there is not a download option |
