My items don't come up in search on eCrater

I'm having a difficult time trying to figure out why my item(s) aren't coming up in the search on eCrater.

Even if I search for the item EXACTLY has I have it listed, it still isn't showing up.

I'm wondering how many sales I've lost because of this.

Can you help me?

Item example: Marc Jacobs Boots Discounted Size 10 Ankle Boots Brown Suede Discounted Marc Jacobs Boots

Listed exactly like that. I do a search for Marc Jacobs Boots and I get zero results.

I have the same question. I listed an item yesterday and it looks like there have been some views, but it doesn't come up when I search it.
