| I am new here and still working on my store. I would like to know why all of my calculated shipping options aren't showing up? I have Priority Mail International Flat Rate box as an option and it doesn't show up when going through checkout. Where do we report problems on this site? I don't see anywhere or any forums to report a problem. I think this would be a good addition. |

What is the type of zip code you have in your address and the one you are testing things with? It is supposed to be 5 digit.
If you try to buy an item which is outsize of the size range of that shipping method it won't appear as an option in the checkout.
(Assuming you have the shipping method entered in your USPS Calculated Shipping in Options with "add" and did not forget to click on "update" at the bottom of the page) |
