The original post was about a one time issue quite a while ago. This image thing only happened to a few people only recently (after the new feature got turned on). That is why I said it is not related.
You could follow the other topic I showed. Did you read it?
Try logging off of the web and logging on again. If that doesn't work try clearing your cache (or cookies) see if that helps. Check your browser security settings. Check your firewall security settings. |

Yesterday worked ok for me.
Today -- I am getting red x's on the ecrater.com home page and extremely slow movement.
HOWEVER, within my store and within the admin area I am seeing things fine and moving around ok.
It's just that ecrater.com home page I am having issues with. |

Mine was everywhere and so I did all the things suggested and now I'm seeing it all fine but that was after an hour and a half of working on it. I deleted all the cookies and reset my firewall. I also rebooted my computer and reset the router. Good luck |

BigTall the site is working a bit slower today, but I don't have any issues on viewing any of the images either at eCrater or the stores. |

Hi ,I'm trying to remove the "On Hold"setting.I press "No"to the question "Are you sure you want the store on hold.But I don't see a difference.Please Help! |

Hello,
When I go to my store, as of today, October 18, 2010, all of my catergories are blank! I have went over and over my store in the administrative tool and have found nothing out of the ordinary. Can someone please help me.

Your store has been suspended for some reason. None of us here can see any more than you can. You should review the Ecrater terms and figure out what the problem is. (Some sellers say that they have contacted Ecrater and found out the problem; others say that no one will tell you, you have to figure it out on your own.)
The most common problems don't seem to apply to you--possible counterfeit brands, bootleg DVD's, clone electronics, etc. There may be issues related to food products that I'm not aware of.

Your store at eCrater.com has been suspended.
eCrater does not notify store owners when stores are suspended for violations of their terms.
They feel that it is up to the store owner to:
1. Identify the problem
2. Correct it
3. Contact eCrater when the problem has been fixed.

Your store is suspended, so that is no doubt causing the message you are receiving.
Keep in mind that we are just other sellers and cannot see anything in your store, other than the home page images. Since you are selling electronics, which is a high-risk category, you may need to provide ecrater with your receipts to prove that they are genuine items, etc. This is just a guess, but it's a starting point.
Read the terms here http://www.ecrater.com/terms.php and make sure you are not breaking any rules. Is everything in English? Shipping available to the US? No forbidden products? When you are sure that you have corrected any problems contact Ecrater at http://www.ecrater.com/contact.php and request reinstatement.
Your store needs to be finished, too--logo, all texts filled in, etc.
