I have had two sales recently, and both show as having been paid thru PayPal.
Payment through: Paypal
Notes:
delete mark as paid
Neither of the orders/payments showed up on PayPal! I recently changed my e-mail address/log-in there AND on this site so that they match. Can't for the LIFE of me figure out what happened or how to fix it!
Someone, please help!!!
Thank you!!! |

on the Administrative page, under Payment Options
does your paypal E-mail address match the address on your Paypal account?
make sure there are no spaces Before OR after the address.
sometimes that can be a problem and its hard for people to notice |

If there isn't a check mark next to the item sold, then it hasn't been paid for. They simply checked the box for Paypal at checkout but did not complete the payment process. |

Whew! I was thinkin' that I was goin' nuts. There ARE no check marks next to the two orders I mentioned... I guess what threw me was that the "Payment through: PayPal" thing at the end of the order description. Well then... that makes TWO orders in the last couple of weeks that haven't paid. Sheesh...
Thanks for all of the good info, people! |

What you can do is send them an invoice thru paypal to remind them. |

That's what I wondered, henhousegiftsandcollectib.
Did KidCovers send them an invoice via PayPal? |

Y' know, I usually just wait a few days and then e-mail to see what happened or if they're having problems.
But I think from now on I'll just send that invoice. When this happens it turns out to be a deadbeat (or someone testing the cart) 99% of the time so at least maybe sending the invoice will make them feel a little guilty... |

Sometimes buyers are afraid to continue because they have to enter their PP password. By sending the PP invoice it's then on their PP account when they log in to www.PayPal.com and they feel much safer about paying it then. |
