I have had 3 customers who have bought products and were unable to pay through Paypal when they went to check out. I needed to send them a invoice manually via Paypal in order for payment to be received.
I have checked all payment information with Ecrater & Paypal and everything is correct. This only started happening in the last week or so and was wondering if there are any suggestions for this problem.

Do you have your own doamin name? IS it MASKING your ecrater.com URL? If so that is the problem. PayPal don't recognized the URL and can not procede.
Do you have a BUINESS or PREMIERE PayPal account?
or just a personal PayPal account?
