Go to http://google.com. What do you think of the logo? The first person to give the story behind it ( what inspried it) gets a free featured link in my directory ( BizFire-Directory) in the category of your choice. If your site is already listed, I will move it to a "featured" location That's a whopping $3 value

Its taken from a Painting called The Scream by Norwegian artist Edvard Munch. It is said by some to symbolize the human species taken by an attack of existential angst, with the skyline inspired by the red twilights seen after the 1883 eruption of Krakatoa (a volcanic island in the Sunda Strait between Java and Sumatra in Indonesia.).

the painting has sometimes been refered to as The Cry.

Wink

Munch described his inspiration for the image thus:
I was walking along a path with two friendsthe sun was settingsuddenly the sky turned blood redI paused, feeling exhausted, and leaned on the fencethere was blood and tongues of fire above the blue-black fjord and the citymy friends walked on, and I stood there trembling with anxietyand I sensed an infinite scream passing through nature.
